It’s a Wonderful World

Though it doesn’t always seem so, we are surrounded by a truly wonderful world. Many people always overlook it, counting the bad things and disregarding the good. As a result, they keep all their thoughts and emotions to themselves. However, God doesn’t call us to do that. As Jesus lived His life, He always talked to the sinners and opened up to them, telling them what He knew to be true and what He knew would save them. We, too, are meant to open up to the world. If we always keep to ourselves our own thoughts and emotions, it’s the same as if we weren’t even there. Not only are we meant to open up to everyone as Christians, but as people in general. So many think that the world drags them down, and that they shouldn’t have anything to do with it. However, just the opposite is true. If we don’t open up to others and are alone all our lives, we never get any new experiences or people to lift us up when we are down. We all must show the world who we really are, to show them the truth, to see the world in a whole new perspective, and to live our lives to the fullest.
