  • Multi-student discount: based upon the oldest child being listed as 1st child. Discounts are applied to full-time Pre-K and K through 12 only.
  • New families: 10% discount, based on full-price tuition.
  • Plan A: payments in full by Registration Day will be awarded a 2.5% tuition discount.
  • Plan B: installment plan, August through May. The 1st payment is due on or before Registration Day; installments are due on the first of each month.

New Students

  • $75per student by May 31

Returning Students

  • $75per student, extra early bird by March 31
  • $125per student, early bird by April 30
  • $175per student May 1 or after
For returning multi-student families, if necessary, enrollment fees may be paid as follows: 1st child – March | 2nd child – April | 3rd child – May, etc. Please make payment arrangements through the finance office.

Sport/Athletic Fee

$125 per student for the 1st sport, $50 for an additional sport per student ($175 max per student). This fee goes toward transportation, officials, facilities rental, team tournament registration, etc.

PE Uniform

Required for all MS/HS students. $25/uniform, due on Registration Day for those needing to purchase a uniform.

Hot Lunch

$4.50 per hot lunch (includes milk).

Extended Care

Available before and after school. Mornings 7:00am–8:05am and afternoons 3:30pm–5:30pm. Wednesday Extended Care begins at 2:30pm. The cost is $5 for any part of an hour.

Activity Fees

Class field trips, school mission trips, individual tournament expenses, class projects, etc. not covered by the school. These costs are minimal.

It is our desire to present a preschool program that prepares early childhood students developmentally and academically for kindergarten in an environment that is inviting, nurturing, and loving. We pray that your family will join our DCS family!

  • Registration fee: $75.
  • Changes in attendance options must be made through the DCS Office. Absences on scheduled days cannot be made up on unscheduled days.
  • Children must be the appropriate age on or before September 1st.
  • Children must be potty trained by August 1st.
  • Extended care hours are 7:00am–8:20am and 3:30pm–5:30pm (2:30pm on Wednesdays). Extended care charges are $5.00 for any part of an hour.

Students will NOT be able to attend school after October 15, 2026 until ALL required information is received.

Preschool

  • Physical Exam
    • Lead Result must be submitted or completed on form by physician
    • Health History must be signed by parent/guardian and verified by health provider
  • Complete immunization record signed by a doctor: (4) DTap, (3) Polio, (4) Hib, (3) Hep B, (1) MMR, (1) Varicella, (4) Pneumococcal
  • Birth Certificate

Kindergarten

  • Physical Exam
    • Lead Result must be submitted or completed on form by physician
    • Health History must be signed by parent/guardian and verified by health provider
  • Complete immunization record signed by a doctor: (5) DTap, (4) Polio, (3) Hep B, (2) MMR, (2) Varicella, (4) Pneumococcal
  • Dental Exam on IL form due May 15, 2027 (dated within 18 months of May 15th deadline)
  • Eye Exam on Illinois form dated within one year of the first day of school
  • Birth Certificate

Second Grade

  • Dental Exam on IL form due May 15, 2027 (dated within 18 months of May 15th deadline)

Sixth Grade

  • Physical Exam
    • Lead Risk must be completed on form by physician
    • Health History must be signed by parent/guardian and verified by health provider
    • Sports physical NOT acceptable
  • Complete immunization record signed by a doctor, including (1) Tdap, (1) Meningitis – these are 6th-grade requirements
  • Dental Exam on IL form due May 15, 2027 (dated within 18 months of May 15th deadline)

Ninth Grade

  • Physical Exam
    • Lead Risk must be completed on form by physician
    • Health History must be signed by parent/guardian and verified by health provider
    • Sports physical NOT acceptable
  • Complete immunization record signed by a doctor
  • Dental Exam on IL form due May 15, 2027 (dated within 18 months of May 15th deadline)

Twelfth Grade

  • Proof of receiving (2) Meningitis: First dose received on or after the 11th birthday and second dose received at least 8 weeks after the first. Only one dose is required if the first dose was received at 16 years of age or older.
